• the name ‘Arcadia’ comes from the peaceful paradise ruled by Pan, the god of pastoralism in Greek mythology
• the client’s request: “Shelter, rest – tranquility – purity” – an automotive space to call their own
• four years in the making – Rolls-Royce Coachbuilding designers drew inspiration from contemporary architecture, art and nature from around the world to bring the theme and emotion to life in three dimensions
• fusing Eastern and Western design codes – precision & opulence from the Sky Gardens of Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam, and British Biomimetic architecture (organic structure – simplicity)
