six showrooms that lit up Copenhagen: on the ground at the 2025 ‘3 Days of Design’

every June, Denmark’s capital city of Copenhagen transforms into a giant design gallery. this is because the Nordics’ largest design festival, 3 Days of Design, takes place. In 2025, under the theme “Keep it Real,” the event brought together more than 400 brands to ask how design can connect with our lives in a more authentic and warm way. Here are six showrooms that best exemplified the brand’s philosophy.

has reimagined its showroom as a ‘living archive’ – more than just a place to display products, it’s a place to share sensory memories by juxtaposing books and objects by designers from around the world.

in particular, the Petra Hotel, which debuted this year, was a real hotel filled entirely with the brand’s furniture and lighting, making it the ultimate showroom to fully experience Danish design in everyday life.

shared the moment a piece of furniture is born at its new flagship store. in ‘The Apprentice Workshop’, apprentice craftsmen were shown working with wood to create furniture, bringing to life the tradition of passing on skills to the next generation.

, which excels at reinterpreting design heritage in a contemporary way, curated four spaces around the theme of ‘design that shakes the senses’. the ‘Beetle Bar’, filled with a range of ‘Beetle Chairs’, invited visitors to sit, linger and experience the products, while the re-launch of works by 20th century Italian design masters reiterated the brand’s core value of ‘timeless design’.
