daniel Lee, Burberry’s Creative Director, has unveiled a new campaign, ‘A Grand Escape’, featuring the beautiful fabrics and grand interiors that inspired the Winter 2025 collection. The Burberry Winter 2025 campaignfollows a group of bohemian friends as they escape the city for a weekend getaway to a manor house in the English countryside.
a Grand Escape to the English Countryside

the campaign was shot against the backdrop of vast fields, rain-soaked gardens, and the grand drawing room of Wolterton Hall, a Palladian masterpiece of architecture. a colorful cast of characters, including British actor Rupert Everitt, The Crown’s Luther Ford, and models Rina Jean and Jenny Haworth, created a natural and vibrant atmosphere. Daniel Lee described the campaign as “a weekend getaway for friends to escape the city and enjoy the open skies and fresh air of the English countryside.”
a modern take on heritage

the collection was inspired by the colorful tapestries and faded fabrics of an old manor house.
refreshed outerwear

the outerwear heritage at the heart of Burberry has been reimagined through the eyes of Daniel Lee.
the traditional parka is reimagined in soft leather.
quilted jackets are given a modern twist with a vibrant geranium print and metallic nylon.
shearling and alpaca combinations are topped with bold fringed scarves for warmth and style.
robes, raincoats, and smoking jackets were reimagined as coat styles with soft tailoring.
eye-catching accessories

alongside a shoe collection inspired by the mansion’s opulent interiors, the new signature bags are also eye-catching. the Bridal Bag, inspired by a riding saddle, and the Highland Bag, with its vintage check pattern, are key pieces to look out for this season. burberry’s new season celebrates the many facets of its British heritage, which is reflected in the campaign.
