    le Mignier is a cheese brand created by Rodolphe Le Mignier, who holds the title of “MOF,” which is awarded to the best artisans in France, in collaboration with artisans from around Europe. these cheeses are aged to optimal conditions in underground cellars in the Torraine region of France, and are recognized as luxury cheeses that are exclusively available to top restaurants and high-end grocery stores in gourmet cities around the world, including New York, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.

    opened on July 14, 2022, the anniversary of the French Revolution, Lemnier’s Seorae Village store is a taste and culture of France. today, the store sells more than 30 varieties of colorful aged cheeses made from cow, goat, and sheep’s milk, and fresh cheeses are flown in every 10 days. signature products include Saint-Nectaire, Beaufort d’été, and Crémeux des Citeaux.

    lemnier doesn’t just sell cheese, they offer a variety of experiences to enjoy it. the store is staffed with cheese experts and sommeliers who are happy to explain unfamiliar cheeses and offer a variety of tastings.

    • cheese Platters & Dishes: Enjoy cheese platters ([translate:plateau]), charcuterie platters, and cheese dishes cooked in-house, including raclette and mont d’or, perfect for the colder months.
    • wine pairings: We’ll be selling wines that pair perfectly with our cheeses, and we’ll be offering corkage-free service on bottles of wine, so you can enjoy the pairing without breaking the bank.
    • the World’s Best Butter: Starting in November, we’re excited to introduce Lemnier butter, which the [translate:LA Times] hailed as “the world’s best butter”.

    in addition to the Seorae Village branch, you can also find Lemnier’s luxury cheeses at the Apgujeong branch of Hyundai Department Store.
