1. Banyantree Haeundae Busan

Banyantree Haeundae Busan is a luxury resort set to open in the Osiria Tourism Complex in Busan’s Gijang-gun. Scheduled to open in April 2025, this resort is the first luxury membership resort of the Banyantree brand in Korea, allowing guests to fully experience local culture. The reception lobby is designed to resemble a seagull building its own resting place between coastal cliffs and rocky crevices, incorporating traditional Korean pottery crafted by artisans. The Osiria Tourism Complex, where the resort is located, is home to various attractions such as Adventure Busan, Lotte Premium Outlet East Busan, IKEA Busan, and Ananti Town.

Dining facilities include the ‘Moon Sky Bar’ with views of the night sky over Osiria and a vibrant pool party, the international dining restaurant ‘Vertigo’, and the Michelin 2-star Thai restaurant ‘Chafron’. Notable amenities include the famous Banyantree Spa with top therapists and a wedding hall featuring breathtaking beach views. The resort will showcase 86 premium rooms, including 36 pool villas. Guests can enjoy views of the lush forests of Hallasan and refreshing ocean views from their rooms. The pool villa rooms are designed in a 2-3 story structure, offering views of the forest, sea, or Hallasan depending on their location. The condominium rooms are located in the hotel building and provide ocean views of Jeju from the balcony.
